Name: Torsten “Zata” Lind. Don’t you dare call him by his first name, or he’ll punch you down. When he meets someone new he present him self as “Zata”. It’s suppose to symbolise evil, short for Satan, as they started calling him a long time ago.

Looks:
Torsten is Colombian in his blood. He is kind of dark skinned, but not black. He usually wears baggy jeans and some hood shirt. And of course his black hip-hop cap. His eyes are dark brown, almost black. According to him self he is kind of good looking. He also has a piercing in his left ear, a white diamante and a necklace in silver, his identity disk.

Personality:
Some people would say he is to bold. But maybe at his inside he isn’t. He has his style, his friends and now and then some girl. He can be damn cocky sometimes. Be nice to him and he’ll be nice to you so to say. He like joking, but he can go way to far without noticing it and he doesn’t think before he speaks, which sometimes ends up badly for him, or can be damn hurtful for others. School is something he is just doing, like most people, he doesn’t really care, he is just there to see his friends and make his mom proud.

Family:
Torsten is adopted. His mom and dad was once Swedes, but they moved to England in their youth. And they never got any kids of their own. So they chose to adopt two little kids from Colombia, and that ended up being Torsten and his 2 years younger sister April. That how he got his, according to him strange name. Torsten is a Swedish name and sure he can see why his parents chose to give him a Swedish name, but he doesn’t exactly feel like Sweden has anything to do with him. Torsten was 3 years when he came to England and his sister just 1 year. So he is pretty much like a British guy now. But if you ask him he is damn proud to say “I am Colombian”.

Background:
Torsten grew up in England, he was always a good boy. He started high school, 11 years old, and got new friends. He began to see that he wasn’t the only immigrant, not even the only Colombian in his new school, and he loved to spend time with them and talk his own language, Spanish. He didn‘t remember much of it but he learnt a lot from them. He was doing good, high marks and he was really trying his best. But when he turned 13 everything changed, he didn‘t him self really understand why. The only thing he found worth learning was suddenly Spanish. He chose to read it in school as well, and he was doing good with it, but all the other marks was just going down. He also learnt to know Jonathan at the age of 13, who soon became his best friend. They were so close, did everything together. Tried everything that teenagers does. Smoking, drinking, and so on.

Sometimes Torsten felt kind of confused about who he really was, that might be why acted so cocky. He didn’t really know where he belonged. He didn’t feel like his family was his family, well except for his sister of course. He spoke English perfectly, just like any Englishmen, but when he is with the other Colombians he started talking with a Spanish accent, just like them. That wasn’t really a problem though, cause he spoke just as usually among Englishmen.

Anyway one day when he was 15, in the class of 10c, he ended up in some fight that wasn’t really his. It was something about Carlos, his closest friend, among the Colombians. Torsten punched the other guy down, so he passed out. He simply lost control of his anger and that day changed his life completely. He totally stopped caring. Nothing was important to him anymore, except his sister April, his best friend Jonathan and the Colombians. He was there to protect April and to be cool, to be obeyed and to live life.

And so it went on, when the 11th year of school came to pass his mom and dad ordered him to do the two extra years, and he had no choice. He continued like before. Spent most of his time with Jonathan and some younger girl called Mimmi, she said she was Jonathans girl, but she was everywhere all the time. At one guys lap one day, kissing an other guy next day and so on. Jonathan use to say he didn’t care, and Torsten felt protective over this girl in the same time as he kind of liked her. But that he couldn’t say, it would just end up with him fighting with Jonathan, you can’t take your best friends girl, can you?

Anyway when he was 18, the day came when Mimmi started at him too, he couldn’t resist. He was drunk and she was just so beautiful. After that in school she was acting just like usual, I mean they where still friends, nothing changed, the only thing was the she was all over him. She sat in his lap, smelled his neck, and it was damn bad timing, cause Jonathan happened to come in. They haven’t ever been fighting like that.

It has been a while now though, they aren’t exactly best friends, but they can talk, they both find it kind of odd to be together…
